Logic Decode (“Logic Decode”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a technology blog operated by moonBYTE Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we and our providers collect usage and device data such as pages viewed, approximate (city/region-level) location, browser and device type, and referring URLs, through the analytics services described in Section 5 and in our Cookie Policy.
Where the EU/UK GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, we rely on: your consent (for the newsletter, signing in, and analytics); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site; and legal obligation where processing is required by law. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8).
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site, who process it on our behalf:

Comments you post, along with the display name and profile photo from your Google account, are publicly visible to anyone who views the article. Please do not include sensitive personal information in comments.
Our providers (Google and Vercel) may store and process data on servers outside your country, including outside India. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under those providers' terms.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe; comments remain until you or we remove them.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures (including access controls and bot protection) to safeguard your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
